I had my 2-hours ACC1002 paper in the morning. I am just hoping to get at least grade B and I will be happy. I could not balance any financial statement and quite clueless for the critical thinking question. I met my accounting tutor in the food court and she said all the questions are kinda difficult. Yeps, fingers crossed and just hoping for the best.

After that, of course, Running Man! I copied around 30 episodes from YH! Thanks! :D

Next paper is ACC1002 Financial Accounting.
I personally think that this module is interesting and useful but the paper is quite hard /: but regardless, I will just practice as much as I can and go for the paper with whatever skills that I have.

I was studying since morning with lunch break (McDonalds' double cheese burger and Nasi Ayam Panggang from Engine canteen). Thanks to DBS service in block dee <3

Studying and studying and studying until dinner. Today's dinner is not very good but yeah, it is fine (: and Master came down to give up a lucky draw for supper voucher! I got $1 voucher and used it immediately. I hope I got the $10 voucher (LOL!)

I did not watch the first sequel of this movie, , but the second one is really meaningful and funny. On the surface level, this movie seems very kiddish but there are a lot of messages that the producer is trying to deliver. I was keep guessing what is coming next in the movie. Even though it seems very simple and cliche, the movie is very interesting that there are things that do not go as what I thought. Good music, highly entertaining, and of course 3D is highly recommended.

I went to the dentist that I went to a few months ago and managed to solve my problem. I decided to do the root canal treatment which costs in total $2,050. Of course it is a pain in my wallet but i think it is worth it as money still can be searched but not tooth.

Double Dinners and Extra Supper

My first two papers are starting together in 4 days and because of that, again, I went to Central Library to study until lunch time (again) and ate dinner at BK at the Deck and migrated to HSSlib Level 3 quiet room. I felt that I have read through everything for my DSC module but somehow, I feel so weird because I spend so little time compared to when I have exams in Secondary school / IB.

Apart from that, I am super uber well-fed today! I went to eat dinner in hall, curry chicken with breads at Queensway, and on top of that, Sheares supper! I also went to IKEA to buy mammut (yey! finally!) and a FBT :)

Today started as usual, had breakfast, studied with TSN at Central Library, ate lunch at Deck. I completed reading through my OM notes and prepared a cheat sheet for the final. Surprisingly, I did the 5 questions from past year and I did not so bad :) I will continue reading more questions and do more practices and I guess everything should be alright.

No Sunday is better spent other than by watching for free with JC and C. Thanks a lot to ZH for the free tickets that come together with free huge drinks and popcorn :') Even though the travel to Marina Square is rather not smooth as someone is having hangover from the previous night, it is good that she recovered along the way. I think it is a lesson for everyone that you should not drink too much.

I went to Hougang to meet my friend to chat. There is nothing much happening today. I only went for dinner with AW and got my hair cut. The hairdresser now charged me $20 instead of $10 after he knew that I am studying in NUS. Oh well.

I was studying since noon to late afternoon at HSSlib. It was kinda my first time preparing for exam for real. After that, I went for a movie: The Adventure of Tin Tin.

Even though the plot is almost very predictable, the movie is really not bad considering the fact that it is a very-long-ago-story. The most commendable thing about the movie is its graphic that looks very real. This movie is definitely suitable for those who have TinTin as their childhood's cartoon character.

Before watching movie, I went to eat Manhattan Fish Market using groupon and my friend got the promotion - platter for 2.

It felt so good when I woke up after a 9hours sleep. Today I studied at HSSlib and Central library. Planning to finish reading all my GEK notes but it seems impossible now. Haha. I shall try to continue reading tonight. Anyway, today is raining super duper heavily like a storm, seriously.

The rain actually started when I was studying at HSSlib. As my stomach is growling very badly, I decided to go to Utown to eat while waiting for a discussion with the Japanese group there. However, the rain is like someone sneezing nonstop. So, I decided to walk over to The Deck. The rain was not so bad that time. I sat somewhere that is rather close to the center, just in front of the Yong Tao Foo stall and suddenly, the sneeze is getting heavier until my whole table, bag, and water bottle seem like sprayed continuously. The condition is shown below:

I was rather disappointed with the Yong Tao Foo stall as they provide limited choices of food today and seriously, limited- no rice, no laksa and there is only beehoon and soup to choose from. Oh well, it is ok. It is still nice.

I decided to go to Central Library and hoping for the rain to stop so that I can go to Utown without getting drenched at the bus stop. On my way there, I saw this pipe burst and becomes a circular sprayer that flood the corridor. Luckily, I never get sprayed. I read a few more GEK notes and slept for half an hour :P

The discussion with the Japanese Exchange Group Students was fine. It was about the culture difference between Singapore and other countries. It is really cool to have many new friends and it is really amazing to see the diversity that this world has. It has been quite a while since I am so close to this diversity. There is a Chinese student who speaks English and Japanese very well, Korean who studied in Australia, exchange student from Korea, Malaysian who speaks Japanese very well, German who stays in the same hall as me and lots of Japanese. This is very very interesting. Somehow I am motivated to learn new languages by myself - they are very encouraging. This made my day today somehow.

And before I went back to hall, I ate at the Korean food at PGP.

The interesting thing about this Korean Cuisine at Ecanteen, PGP is the cook is a Korean. So, the food is rather authentic. Even though the portion is not huge but the taste is really commendable compared to the one in The Terrace, Business Canteen.

What's best is when I came back to my room, I could not open my door because the machine has no battery. I have to called my RF to help me open my door and he helped me immediately. Thank you very much, sir! :D

That's not all. I still need to mop my floor later because the rain came into my room (not that bad, but yeah) even thought I did not open my window widely.

I think I shall continue reading my GEK notes - aiming to finish reading before I sleep tonight, if possible. Jiayou for exam, everyone! :D

It has been so long (again) that I have not post on my blog. Today is 11.11.11 and it marks the end of my semester 1 in NUS. Classes have been rather challenging and are not as easy as what I thought before entering university. I feel really blessed to have mostly good lecturers or tutors and amazing group in all my modules.

ACC1002 Class :D

Exams starts on 21st November and ends on 30th November: 4 papers in 3 days. I am not confident for doing well for finals but I shall just try my best. ALL THE BEST EVERYONE :D

Don't Give Up

I went out to meet AW and ate super huge portion of MEAT and salad and soup for early dinner at Cafe Cartel (sadly, I forgot to take pictures of it). I think it is a great deal considering the price that is reasonably cheap for the gigantic piece of meat. And of course, followed by HTHT about friendship at Esplanade.

Knowing that it is me, of course that there are many thoughts that are wandering around in my mind. So, I will just share one of them (perhaps at least one in each post). It has been a long time since I wrote my blog.

Recently I felt left out in the crowd.

Making friends with some people.

People are good at different things.

14 Days to end of IB Exams

Instead of looking at the beginning (of IB exams), we shall focus at the end of it when many other things are going to happen :D

I did not update my blog in the past two days, I think. Basically, these two days were just about studying Chemistry.

Today I woke up quite late and went to Clementi with Felix at noon. We headed to Subway to eat brunch. I ate Marinara Meatballs. It was quite good. We were eating and studying for Chinese ab there. After that, around 3pm, we went to LAN shop to play 2 rounds of DotA. Then, I went home to get ready to go to Orchard with my friend to watch . It was ok for me, not fantastic but it is not bad also. It was quite fun to watch with a full house audience who are as well entertaining :D especially at the end of the movie - before the credits. There was a very big gap in between, so all of us were like staring at the screen hoping something to happen. After a long suspense, the credit just came out. All of us were like "eehhh..." *LOL* Furthermore, the Paramount Picture logo just came out. Then, there was someone saying loudly, "the movie is just about to begin" XD and many of us were laughing.

I brought for my friend and we did not do anything else except watch movie and accompanied him shopping :D~

IB exam starts in 2 days - starting with Chinese ab. I am going to the hall with whatever left in my brain. I am going for Seoul Garden lunch buffet tomorrow - MEATing (sadly, alone) and read my Chinese stuff.

Again, I woke up at 6.20am for breakfast and back to sleep until noon! After that, I studied Physics until 2pm in my room and then went to KAP's McDonald to continue studying with Felix and Samuel.

Next, we took bus to Clementi. I bought presents for James' birthday and printed out some photos. We ate Japanese Food at Ramen Ten at Clementi too.

An hour ago, I passed James' birthday gift and then continue doing my Physics past year papers.

Oh ya, I was helping Jeremia to find people who want to adopt his 8 hamsters :3

It is 5 days away to IB EXAMS.

Khuntoria Fever!

I ended up do not study anything today. I did not even touch any book. So, what I did for the whole day was watching Khuntoria at WGM. Oh, life is so good like them. I just watched a video on allkpop where Khunnie teaches Victoria how to dance the steps in . Oh, I wish...

I went to after having my dinner in boarding school. I refuse to comment anything about it. I just hope that JCRC has done their best and be proud with what they have done~

Now I am planning on what I should do tomorrow as in where to study tomorrow.

Maths Day

I did not write blog yesterday. So, I am going to write about yesterday now.

I only slept for 3 hours yesterday because of insomnia ): I do not know why but I had already lied on by bed since midnight but I think I only able to sleep at 3am. Nevertheless, I went for breakfast at 6.30am and did not feel sleepy at all. Right after it, I did some Maths questions when I went back to my room.

I went for Maths remedial at 8.30am. It was apparently the last session because my school declared a holiday on Thursday that morning. However, it is quite weird because the last day of school for the rest of the students in the school is Wednesday. Thus, that makes it the last session. So, there is no more remedial for me officially. I was studying Maths until around 3pm ++ yesterday. I was studying in the library with Darwin, Brian, Jeremia, and Albert. After that I met, Ian, Minh, Jiaee, and Ann. Followed after that, I went to PC room to study and meet Alice, Jordi, and Daryl over there. I think all the year 6s are crazy into IB now.

After that I was enjoying my time until 11pm. Then, I did a few more Maths questions before I sleep. Anyway, I have done all the paper 1 in the past year papers. Nevertheless, I still feel that I am not ready for the IB exam. It is ok, I will just go with whatever in my brain :D

I slept quite well yesterday and surprisingly, my roommate slept quite early (compared to other days)- so, I can have a peaceful dark room to sleep. (:

This morning I woke up and had breakfast like yesterday. Now, I am listening to the new release of < 훗 HOOT> by SNSD and 2AM's new album . Good songs and MVs!

Later I am going to study for Economics. I think I am just going to stay in my room and study.

Early Farewell~

As usual, this morning I woke up at 10am. I think I was doing nothing until noon. Out of this nothingness, I feel like playing LAN. So, I went to play for hours at the end. I was playing L4D2 and Warcraft alone.

Then I went to eat my only meal today at KFC. I do not feel hungry until now though. D1 set meal with cheese and large iced lemon tea.

When I went back, my 'couzie' smsed me that she is coming to our boarding school to pass Viet Anh, James, and I something. She passed me this nutrious juicy drink :D and passed James a birthday present.

After that, I fell asleep when I was ready my English set text. HAHAHA. I woke up and go to the farewell for Archis and Angad. Wish them all the best in the future!

I wish I could do well for my IB exams with what I have left in my brain. I do not expect so much- I just want to do reasonably well. I am sorry if I disappoint my teachers. I do appreciate them.

I think I am quite looking forward to [Geek Show 2] this Tuesday by JCRC. I hope it will be good.

enLIGHTenment

Today I woke up at 9am++ and read Paddy Clarke Ha Ha Ha for two hours with many sleeps in between. At noon I headed to Mac to eat my lunch and read Paddy. After that, I went to temple to pray for a while and then go somewhere else for a few hours to meet someone.

After that I went to Marina Square to eat at Pasta de Waraku with Billy, Felix, Brian, and Mine. The food is really great and the place is nice even though it is quite hidden. I think I will recommend this place to others. I took many pictures there. I ate seafood pasta with tomato and drank banana milkshake. Luckily DBS gives 10% discount. I do not know why recently I have craving for seafood.

After dinner, we walked to see the "light" exhibition. Some are really good and some are not worth looking at. Before that, we passed the Marina Sands shopping mall. There is something cool over there. It was a bowl-like structure which allows you to roll a coin (and if you are lucky, the coin will go into a hole and fall into the fountain in the shopping center) as well as to transfer sound from far distance very clearly. I was very amazed by it. Other than there, there was also a human statue with a bicycle which is coated with gold color. I took a picture with him as well as together with my friends. From there, we walked a long way to The Fullerton Bay Hotel with many lights exhibitions along the road. There was a huge field with 'light plants' where we took some cool pictures. Unfortunately, we do not have the awesome SLR pictures. So, some places are quite dark which unable us to take pictures.

Then we took cab back to boarding school.

END of today. I do not know what to do tomorrow but now I am going to upload the pictures on Facebook.

(Super Early) Christmas Dinner 2010

I woke up this morning quite late- as usual. I did some Maths questions and went for lunch at Wah Chee with hallmates. After that I went to hospital with Viet Anh and Jiaee to visit Ms. Fu. She is our ex-chemistry teacher. I hope she is getting well!

I had my last Christmas Dinner in boarding school. In my opinion, the events are getting worse and worse every year. Additionally, there is some complications regarding the Year 6 item. Nevertheless, Viet Anh came up with an amazing alternative video presentation. Thank you, Viet Anh! The video contains many meanings for some of us. Maybe only some of us know the real meaning behind it (:

The [COURIER], boarding school magazine, is published today. It looks good even though I know what happens on the first page. I am quite pleased that my poem is published at the last page of the magazine. I hope that I can keep the newsletter for my collection.

I won the 3Qs award for my hall this year. I am very happy. Thank you.

I am glad that I am graduating soon. I had my memory here in Singapore, thank you everyone.

I am in dilemma on what I should do tomorrow- should I go to Marina, Dhoby, Suntec or just study the whole day? Hmmpphh..

Yesterday I had my last hall dinner at Tiffany Cafe, Furama Hotel. It was not spectacular, just so so. Sadly, I did not take any pictures yesterday during the hall dinner. Instead, I was learning Korean from my Korean hallmates :D It was great! After we reached boarding school, we celebrated Ms. Raj's birthday (forever 21 LOL). This is her last year in boarding school too. She is going to move out to her own flat. I wish her all the best! Since we were so full from the buffet dinner yesterday, we did not eat the birthday cake. So, instead, we are going to eat the cake tonight. Additionally, it was quite irritating to know that teachers are suspicious about some boarders who possess lighters. Some of the teachers are so narrow-minded and overgeneralizing by saying that possessing lighters is equal of smoking. Do they know that we need lighters to light up candles to celebrate birthday party? I hope they go for a training to understand these basics and the fact that they are teachers, they should have good logics.

Tomorrow I am going to have my last Christmas Dinner in boarding school (yeah I know it is extremely early). I hope everything is going to be smooth.

This morning I woke up around 8.30am and went for Mathematics remedial at 9am. I had brunch at 10.45am and then go back to my room for an hour nap. Then, I went for English remedial at noon. I was actually quite scared if he hates me because of the lift incident but fortunately, I think he does not take it into his heart and still willing to teach us as well as joke a bit. At 1pm, I went back to my room and sleep again for almost 2 hours. Right after that, I accompanied Felix to Clementi to send his document to UK for his university application document. We went to play LAN for 1.5 hours and I bought prawn takoyaki afterwards and heading back to boarding school. I think I should study tonight.

I do not have the urge to study and to do well anymore even though this is the last lap. I think the main cause is the environment that I am in right now. I wish I could have a better environment in the future. I do not want to have this kind of environment anymore. I do envy those people who can have close friends and such. It is ok, a few more days left and I am done with Singapore.

HAZE

The Haze is overwhelming Singapore. It is not only Singapore but also within me. It is another type of haze. I cannot see anything.

After some times, I feel that I am actually living in a world of imagination; an imaginary world. This supposedly real world is too chaotic. Indeed, it is chaotic and therefore, it is real. I prefer to lock myself in my room watch Youtube, kdrama, go facebook-ing, and listen to music.

Some people are terminated while others are just a level below them.

Some people just never change. It is quite irritating to keep hearing those people complaining about this and that- even all those nitty gritty. Is not that those people who do not need people? I thought they can live alone without sound and living things?

I just cannot concentrate. There is no point of persevering or whatsoever. My brain is deteriorating and I am not focus. Moreover, there is no urge to do well in this final lap. I really and really hope that I can just go to work and at least earn my own salary. Otherwise, if I really need to go to pursue further studies, I do really hope to find a really good friend; one will do.

Is it this exams that bring all of these? or is it just life that causes all of these?

I hope that things will change after that final day and I will be able to enjoy my life afterwards.

Yesterday night was quite fun eating bak kwa together with my juniors and watched Youtube together as well as chatting. (Oh no, bak kwa is finished already!)

Another Day

I woke up in the morning and prepared to study at school library. I am still enjoying the bak kwa from Derek since yesterday :D HAHA. I went to library and read some Physics notes and then accompanied Ronald for lunch.

Apparently, Soni is also interested to buy the Korean fashion online (: woooots. Lets go go go! HEHS. Maybe we should order them at the end of this month~

After that was Physics and Economics remedial. Nothing much but Economics was quite enjoyable (: while Physics is hard as usual. After these remedials, I went to Maths class to do some correction for my Maths worksheets. During that time, I read my SGC and OMG, I mean, OMFG, the vocabulary is being escalated beyond heaven. Thanks to her, I mean it, but I do think it is a little bit exaggerating. HAHA.

So, now I am back in my room and maybe going to take a nap or read something before going for dinner.

Oh ya, this afternoon I meet one of my teachers who is involved in the elevator incident. It is kind of weird to see him after that incident. It is like, he has that kind of look. I do not know it will end up this way just because using the elevator for going one level up. I think get punished is better that to end up this way before graduation. Anyway, if it ends up like this, I do not have any other options though. I will just persevere as it is only a few more days away from the end of this portion of journey.

And there is interhall volleyball tonight- I do not think I am going for it. I will just stay in my room and do something else. Weewwwh.

After slept for so long yesterday, I managed to wake up quite early this morning- before madam came to my room.

Then I went to Chinese ab class, eat mentos in class, went back to my room, online, and go out for lunch with Derek.

It has been AGES since the last time I met him. He does not change though :D HAHA. Apparently, we found out that I grew taller LOLS. We ate KFC and chatted so many stuff. It was great to see him again. He promises to meet me again before I leave Singapore. YAY. And, thank you for the bak kwa, Derek! Love it (:

It really feels so good to receive a gift

After that, I went to town to a temple in Chinatown- pray. Then, I went to usual place. I think this is the last time I am going there. It is like a world of Samsara. Now I have understood and there is no regret of going that way. This is the time to return and move on and find the next path.

I just came back from there and ate two pieces of bak kwa because I have not taken my dinner yet. I think I am going to sleep early today, yeah, tired.

What a day!
Today I half-woke up at 7am when the lightning alarm in my school kept buzzing.
Then, right after those alarms, a SUPER LOUD lightning breaks the morning air which is followed by rain.
However, I was still lying on my bed until around 9.30am.

Then, I go to Facebook until 11am and had lunch at Broadway with Ronald and Brian.
HEHS. I ate Japanese food there - UNAGI set meal. It was rather good (: and the price is ok too.
After that, I went back to my room and back facebook-ing until 3pm: posting comments and chat.

I slept again from 3pm to 6pm :D HAHA!
Then I went for dinner just now at opposite road eating crispy noodle. OMG. I start to get bored of the food nearby my school, AGAIN.

I hope there is no prep time tonight.
I hope the witch does not call us to go down.
I think I will just read Paddy Clarke Ha Ha Ha in my room after this.

Basically, today is a sleep, eat, and online day.
What a day!

:: VIDEO TAKING ::
I woke up this morning and directly went for video taking for Christmas Dinner Y6s Farewell Video. It is obvious that many people are not interested in it. I do appreciate the effort put by the organizing committee as well as the assistant hall tutor who are willing to sacrifice his weekend to help us taking the video. However, I was drained after three hours and had a headache, so I decided to stop and go back.

The concept of the video is interesting but yeah, the time spent can be used more efficiently if things are planned more properly and people cooperate more. Anyway, it is done. I hope it will be good.

Yeah, I went to the place again and met the same person and make friend with him. I hope it is not a wrong decision. HAHA.

:: PIZZA HUT ::
Haha. Today's dinner was good! Ronald, Brian, Billy, and I went to Pizza Hut at Clementi (my first time going there and I am very seldom eating pizza in Singapore). Ronald and Brian were craving (and dying) for the cheese crust but unfortunately, it is unavailable there. LOLS. So, we ended up trying the 7 cheese in one pan. It is not bad but I think one slice is enough as the cheese is quite strong. I forgot to take pictures there O: We also ate the mushroom soup and Meat Galore pan pizza. The drink was good too (: APPLE SODA thingy.

After dinner, we went to the shops at the back of Clementi and took a look at the KOI. The queue is still CRAZY. So, we ended up buying Sweet Talk for extra drink. Then, we went home.

Billy is addicted with this!! LOLS.
Lolipop is entertaining.
5 Bidadari should go to the sea and drown themselves.
NLG only has one person who should become a star.

:: MONOPOLY DEAL ::
After so long not playing Monopoly Deal, Ronald, Brian, Soni, and I played a few rounds and AMAZINGLY, I won FOUR TIMES IN A ROW. HAHAHAHA. Nice. The games were fun and hillarious too :D Thanks guys.

:: STUDY ::
I was chatting with my eldest brother and he assured me just to do my best for exam and enjoy it. Yeah, I do enlightened and I shared quite a bit of my thoughts. It is quite some time since the last time I chatted with him. Wish him all the best in his family and work.

This life is getting more and more irritating.
Not only that, it is getting more and more disgusting.
Maybe that is the reason why people come out with the term FTW-
if only I can really FTW.

They bring us to this stream.
It was supposed to be blessing.
Even though it is an eye-opener,
I prefer my eyes to be opened through other ways.

The stream is now approaching to the edge of a waterfall.
They are now expecting us to plunge via the waterfall courageously.
If you are not qualified to plunge,
you will either be disqualified and brought to the other stream
or need to wait for around 365 days for the next group of mass with the same faith with you to plunge together.
I have seen this and it is true like what Mark Twain says that we actually should not let school interfere with our education.

They say this is a world of FREEDOM. Bullshit.
Soon will be the time to get out from this shit.

If you think about it again, there is a clear reason why only handful people who raise their hands when asked who have enjoyed this journey? You know why.

When you are down, people will give you word of encouragement or advice but all those are crap- they do not work. All those come from within which one has to find it themselves.

Aren't all these propaganda?
Education is underconsumed and has positive externality in consumption?
Think about it, the stress level and rate of suicidal of students, they still dare it has to be compulsory and has positive externality in consumption?
The fact that this theory applies, this shows that school is a FIRM and NOT a school.

It is really great if I could share it with someone but until now, I still do not have one.

+Study

Everyone now is so busy preparing for the final IB exams which are 20 days away from now. Some are already busy with their university application where I am unsure about where to go, what to pursue, etc etc. I think I should focus on my exam first and think about the rest later. However, those things are still haunting no matter what. I really wish that I could go overseas to start my new life there, my life here is so messed up. Hong Kong should be a good option. I am looking forward to go back to my hometown- enjoy a portion of my life for a moment and try to get a job to earn some income during my break before continuing to university.

+Sin

Yeah, I really could not forgive myself until now for what I have done. It is not entirely wrong after all but there is still guilt left in my heart. I want to stop it but the irony is I feel rather happy there.

+Friends

It seems that I have a extremely high expectation about what a friend should be. I know it is unfair to my friends as I myself is not really a good friend for them. I think I should shut my mouth sometimes - just learn to accept and listen to them. Moreover, it is around two months before we are separated from each other. I hope we can still keep in touch and I am sure that by then, I will miss all of them. Please forgive me if I have ever made scars in your heart.

+Future

I had a difficult time sleeping most of the time recently. I keep thinking about the day when we receive our IB result in which my father will come to Singapore. I do not know why but I am scared.

+Figure

It is important to have a figure in life - role model or at least someone that you admire. It is weird that the closer I am to a person, the easier for me to slightly look down at them. Is it human nature or just me? It is even weird that I sometimes admire people who are purely strangers that I see on the road, restaurant, or anywhere. Other than that, I am highly affected by a character in a movie. I know that all of those in a movie is fake, they are just a fake plot. However, I still feel envy and such.

+Past

Past has increased the history collection of my life, and present has become past while future has gradually turns to present. I really missed my old self, innocent, not knowing anything about this world, chatting with my parents, and have a good self-confident. All the memories of taking pedicab and public transport with my mother and etc. Time cannot be turned back, I know. I just miss them so much.

+Ambition

This is a question that usually the adults asked us when we were still kids. All kind of answers are mentioned - such a big dreams. Are they fading away, and new dream rises? Is it true we can dream big and it will become true? Is not life is about finding money and not happiness? People say money is not important but they are still dying for seeking job to earn money. Is it true to follow our heart and pursue our dream, how about if those who are close to you do not agree?

So, when will I feel happy about my life? Is happiness temporary while sadness is permanent?

I think it is time for me to start studying. Night.

Yesterday I was watching Avatar3D with my workmates.
The movie is relatively long for a 3D movie.
But it is great~ worth-watching.
Eventhough I disagree with my friend that he said I should watch it 10x. haha.

After movie, we went to hunt some food.
Plaza Sing is fully crowded.

As usual, I woke up at 9am this morning.
I think I was doing some nonsense until 12pm.
Then I went to Orchard with Yujin to watch this movie
I will rate it 4/5. Apparently, it is great~ hilarious and the message is great too! musical, romance, sad, and humorous. a real twist of Disney piece of art!

Then we went to eat Pastamania~
I applied for membership card. hehs. :D
I bought books that my sister wants and helped yujin to get his hairdrier.

This afternoon was a sunny rainy day~
We went home around 5pm. Slept in the bus.

Reached home and uploaded pictures in facebook. Quite a number of them :D hehs~

Then went to Broadway to eat charsiew rice as usual.

Back to boarding school, go to dining hall- doing my chinese homework.
It is really tough~ HELP!

Starting Chinese ab Homework

Today I woke up at 9am.

Then I had a sudden feeling of going to LAN shop to play.

HAHA. I was playing L4D2 for around one hour and another two hours playing AuditionSEA. Hehs. I leveled up liao~

After that I had my lunch Tokyo Shin.

I think I ate jap food at wrong timing, was not enjoying it that much.

In the afternoon, I was playing tennis with Yujin and Siyan.

Yujin can play well and Siyan was just started playing tennis.

However, he was quite good for a new player :D

I never play tennis for quite a long time and I used wrong hand-style for forehand and backhand. Hehs. No wonder my hits were very weird.

We were having fun :D

Another Weekend

I was thinking to write blog yesterday but was too tired~
So will write about it now.

Yesterday I went to work in the morning
and I received a SMS from my groupmate that she could not come.
Perfect~ was slacking the whole day. Literally the whole day.

I went home early to meet my new friend.
It was an absolute mistake.
Stupid.

Then, I decided to have my dinner in boarding school with my juniors
and happen to see some people from my batch there (:
The food was horrible though )):

after that we went to MPH to play badminton.

Nah, yesterday I went to Orchard with 6 of Chinese juniors. Show them around and wanted to watch N16 movies but the ticket seller was asking for their ICs. They dont have it with them. So, ended up watching me shopping gifts for my friend.

Two days more to EE submission

Just back from work.
Today woke up late at 8:20am and still can reach work at 09:00am. Tomorrow should wake up later. Haha. Tomorrow morning will be doing my EE at my 'office' because my partner is not going to be around in the morning. She will come late at 2pm perhaps. 2-4pm will be doing some modeling work in the lab then try to go home early to finish up my EE. My EE must be done by tomorrow, no matter what..

Today was having lunch at Capricorn Cafe which is quite expensive compared to the other places that we went for lunch. It was because of the rain. Duhh~ Anyway, it was another good day today at workplace.

I was having dinner at Clementi with my roommate. We were eating japanese food and then decided to play LAN at Clementi there. Two of our schoolmates saw us there (which I dont really know who but apparently both of them know me) so we ended up playing L4D for a while. It was quite fun but it is always difficult to be the survivors. I prefer to be the infected. Haha. I want to play more!! MY HOLIDAY! RAWR!

Suddenly remember that i have 8 past year papers Chinese homework. ARRGH!

Nah, I am going to continue with my EE now.

This morning wanted to reach work late but ended up early because the bus arrived just when I needed them.

Today my groupmate didnt come in the morning because she was excused. Good thing, I could translate my EE interview and include them into my appendix. My EE draft due this friday, 4th december! )): HELP. Need to rush everything then i will go for LAN spree! RAWR.

Uhm. Having a great time knowing all my friends in the institution that I worked in. Having our picnic, main office, and LAME JOKES. Love to hear their laughters and their facial expressions.

My groupmate and I were thinking about penguins for our penguins-alike supervisor and his friend. Then SUDDENLY his friend said that today is our supervisor's birthday! ~diao~ then my groupmate and I are thinking to get him something penguin-ish. Perhaps we are going to give him on Wednesday. LOLS. Interesting~

This weekend I am planning to go watch movie with my juniors- i believe most of them are PRCs. It is great to know all of them! :D I think it will be something like bringing a lot of children to the town! Hehs.

Next weekend need to meet my friend who is leaving Singapore to become a chef. I got him some things already though. I am not sure how is the atmosphere going to be when I met him. It has been quite some time for us to talk and meet.

Oh ya, the lunch today was great! :D hoping to go there again for lunch with my workmates. Then we were thinking to have a Seoul Garden party one of the weekends :D YEY! SOUNDS GREAT~ looking forward to it. Then my blackberry was turned to STRAWberry in the bus on my way back home because I could not find how much is the student price for buffet in Seoul Garden. RAWR.

Now I am going to take shower and continue my last portion of interview translation and move on to complete my Extended Essay!

To Justin:
I am very sorry for all the wrong things that I have done in your life. I know it is very difficult for you to forgive me but I really hope you can forgive me completely. I enjoyed your companion in the past: the time you brought me to your church, the time in the car while your mom was driving, the moment you worked in my school canteen, the time you cooked a wonderful dish, the moment I visited you in your house, the time when I met you at Broadway, the tar that you made specially for me, the moment you accompanied me to buy my new phone, the lengthy smses, the left for dead that you allowed me to play in your room, and many more things that cant be mentioned here. Thanks for everything. I do not know how to apologize to you and I am really thankful to know you in my life. For your future life out there, please enjoy yourself and become a good chef. It is great that you have known what you wanted to be since you were young. All the best and I hope you will not forget me.

To Alan:
I am grateful to know you, even I only met you twice only. Good to hear that you have good friends around you. I am sorry too for bad things that I have done to you. It is really interesting to know you. You have been a very nice friend of me, being someone that always positive-minded. Thanks!

Life is not always like what we want.
It is not always like what other people want.
Most of the times, people are just an irritating source of life experience.
However, remember this:
if you are irritated because of them- we are losing many things in our lives.
So, just move on because they are the ones who are left behind.

In this life, there are many irritating characteristics of people:
(and some people have all of these irritating characteristics in themselves)
1. double-faced
this kind of person is the one who backstab you and pretend to act nicely in front of you.
You feel like punching his face but you should not because you know you are better than him.

2. racist
we always think that racism only happens in a particular situation.
However, it is not, there are people who are racist about nationality.
Such an embarrassing creature! You only can realize this when you become the subject of the racism. For my case, it is an ironic. Dont ask me why, because I know that kind of person is a loser.

3. thirst of power and respect
This characteristic is quite subtle so you need to be more careful with this type. They often brag about themselves or their work. This is to show that he has done something very brilliant. The others agreed but not until he bragged about it. So, in order to solve this kind of problem: just stay humble because you know his head is just too big.
However, this kind might bring consequences like consuming your time because he thinks he is so excellent and important so that he can order you with anything he wants without looking at the condition.

In addition, when you feel lonely:
go watch a movie with friends that can make you better - get some inspirations because movies are great! - there are many good messages that are conveyed across to us! it is just whether you can feel and see them.

A note for my friend:
remember that a stead is only one.
and friends are unlimited.
when you have chosen the only one and neglecting the unlimited ones, you are actually making a long-term decision. you have lost our respects, our words are nothing to you.
People say, the whole world is only for the couple when they fall in love. It is true because you are living in the alien world while the rest are still having a normal life in this normal world.

It is like what my gan kor said long long time ago:
friends are like flowers. they are living thing. you can choose to water the flower or just neglect the flower. But, remember that once the flower withered, you cant reincarnate them- you have lost the trust of a friend. For me, it is a struggle for me to keep all these flowers- i am trying to but it is a difficult thing to me.

Interestingly, that day the topic caught my attention.
The speaker was not very convincing however, the content is really meaningful.

She was talking about dash (-)
Short, seems useless.
but it has a lot of meaning inside

The dash is created by me and at the end of the day, when xxxx has come, people will reflect back and see how what we have done to our dash.

There was a short story shared inside a book that I have just bought "Why simplify?"

A race in a marathon is very easily completed by a runner who usually never win.
When he is asked by the reporter, he answered:
"before i run this race, i have recce this area and memorise the sign post. Then I run to each sign post that I have remembered. I break down this race to many small races. Hence, I feel this marathon is not very long."
This is the same as our life. We can settle things one by one. And ensure that we had seen the big picture of what we are going to do and be a forward-looking person.

For example, I have done my IOP quite well.

Do you know that life is like a musical notes?
You can start off with C- goes up to D and so on..
When you reach High F, there is no more line that helps you to reach greater heights.
Creating your own line to climb up - imaginary line.
To High G, A, B and so on..
Once it disappears suddenly- you will
fall.

maybe back to High F? or worse.

I am not sure if people do realise that friends are like # or 'b'.
They give you a latent support or pull you down.
Friends can give you as many # or 'b' as they want.
However, best friend not only gives you # to reach greater heights
but
they play the music that you have composed- no matter how unsound or nice it is.

Some of the time, I step on the pedal too long-
extending a particular notes to be played longer
procrastinating-
afraid to move on- up or down.

Sadly.
I have not found who is going to play my music that i have composed so far.

At the end of the day, high and low notes make a great song of life afterall.
and then, there will be a last day for us to listen our own song that we have composed.

MESSED UP!

13 June 2009 and Birthday Gifts

I went to ITE East Simei for Interact Coordinating Committee at 1000h until 1400h.
Omg omg omg- is super far~ (it is boring- uh uh uh)

After that I went to Bugis- wanted to study but apparently is super crowded. So, I just stroll around hoping to buy something. Then I crossed the road to this new mall, Iluma. Quite nice but not all shops are open yet. Today (14June) i am going Bugis again, going to meet my kor's bestfriend to buy my bus ticket to Malaysia and he wants to pass me tea for my kor.

Uhh. Yesterday straving till death. I never eat in the morning. Only after ICC i eat a plate or catered food. Then drink a lychee at Bugis. Still super super hungry. At night then my friend asked me to go eat at Dempsy Hill. I never been there before. Seems like there are a lot of good and ex restaurants there. Uh Uh Uh.

It is very different in Singapore compared to my hometown that actually the birthday boy is treated by his friends rather than the birthday boy treats all his friends (: haha. Yesterday morning was doing my work and ate opposite road- uhh. siao- a lot of work to do (lazy) uhh. After that was baking cake with Felix and Gleen LOLS- quite fun.

Apparently Hall 8 is totally awesome- Felix and I did not know that it is really cool~ buhh.

During baking, we talked about a lot of random stuff like intact and non-intact joke and etc. haha. baking is quite fun xD LOLS

Today I went to City Hall for the IT fair~ bought screen protector for my blackberry phone and casing for my blackberry phone and ipod. *so cramp there* but quite happy to shop the things that i need.

I went with my friend and he intro-ed me to his new friend (hoho). After that we go to esplanade and wait for his new friend's new friend (LOLS- hope you are not confused)

Then four of us go to the rooftop enjoying the breeze of air.

After that we went back to Esplanade and we stopped by at this show by a couple of Japanese that perform without any dialogue but only music effect- very funny and awesome. I gave my 4thumbs- or five if have extra thumb ((:

Anyway, this is free of charge! and it is at common area in Esplanade- BETTER GO!

School?

Is school really important, very useful, and promising our future?

There was a topic something about this somehow (eventhough it is supposed to be living a good life) --

Actually I also confused, whether excel in school is very very important--?
Whether building closer relationship with friends is more important?
I definitely say that relationship is more important but somehow,
I cant just neglect my school work. I feel that I have my responsibility-heart in schoolwork.
At the same time, I cant really cope with the relationship that I have with my friends- some, can- but some of them, I just cant follow the way I think.
That is why sometimes I decide to be independent (and now on I think I should be more independent). No more waiting for friends for silly funny thing but to have more decision on what I should do. Like what people say, you wont jump into the well when other people tell you so.

Talking too much is maybe my another problem. From now on, I think I should cut down unnecessary talk. Should it make me look more mature, it even better.

On the other hand, putting to much serious thing in school, it will lead to less fun that I will get during my youth time. So, this is the difficult part: where is the line?

Grades do not seem that #1 important in life, but pressure that keep me stressed.
Family? - eventhough they dont really mind if I get what I can, as long I put in my effort.
But, how about scholarship, kiasu and lazy peers (somehow they affect me), teachers, and many others.

I want to enjoy life, but it seems impossible in this state.
Should I enjoy in this manner. and i have no choice. It is life- it is fate.

Step back, Stay, and Reflect

It has been a long time since the last time I wrote a post in this blog.
So difficult to find time in the midst of IB life.

I have no idea whether the gap between IB and secondary life is really that big,
or is it because the late start of school this year-
or is it just fated to be like this?

Weekend now doesnt really like a weekend.
Weekdays now become more intensified as weekdays.

I dont want to extend day to be more than 24hours so that I can finish my IB life asap
but at the same time I dont have enough time to finish my work eventhough I can quite cope with the datelines.

I am going to India in two weeks time. Hope it is not affected with the swine flu issue, so it wont be cancelled.

I feel so confused-- with life-- with friends, and other things.
I do envy some people
and I dont know why people are just too unique until we cant really open to each other.
Some people are just very irritating but some are quite good to be with.
Even I say so, I do think that I am irritating for some people.
Sometimes I want to do good things, but ended up worse.
From now on, I think I will stay close within myself- not locking the door within me but at the same time I wont really expose myself- keeping most of things myself and find the correct person to share what I can share to others.

Currently I think I only close to less than 5 people.
Really looking forward to meet each one of them- celebrating birthday and etc.

I feel so wrong to be me-
I think I just dont fit with my peers, not because I am outstanding in a sense that I am good but I think I am outstanding in a sense that I am awkward.

If people do think that they know how much I envy other people, I still think they do not know how much that I envy people.

Now, nothing much can be done-
I only can try to finish this 1.5years of my scholarship and see how thing goes.

There are still many things that I can write- maybe next time.

Most of my posts might sound that I never appreciate good things. I do appreciate them, but most of the times bad things tend to pull all my mood down and cover up those good things.

Today,
I learn from animals, fishes,

I feel that I am working everyday 24/7
whether it is school work, boarding school, or other matters
I dont even have enough time to sleep well.

Today I went to science center to have an A* gathering
(I dont really know many of the others)
I went to watch Sea Monster
The theatre is awesome- esp the huge screen
after that we went inside the Science center and
having catered lunch there.

After that,
my friend picked me up from Science Center to Jurong Point, IMM, and Bras Basah
to buy materials for decoration for FAME.

I hope FAME ends asap.
I am really stress.
I feel that the organisation is lack of understanding of each other-
SELFISH
they dont even offer their helps to the others,
they just want to be dismissed fast- not caring about the others.
I hope the next committee can handle this problem.

Hence,
a lot of schoolwork is kinda neglected-
need to finish everything asap!
and test also coming this week.
I wonder if I can do all these.

Today is Earth Hour,
now I am writing blog in the darkness.

I Am Worried

Everytime I try to be happy-
there is always something that prevent me to be.

Advices and great phrases are spoken to me-
but I dont know if that really affects me in a long term- for me- they are just temporary.

Get shortlisted for CCA squash and get thru' the try out-
I dont know if I should be happy for it, knowing no one in my cohort,
they seem like strangers to me, or more precise, they dont like me.
I have no idea if they are friendly or not,
maybe I only need to start to have a clean sheet of paper about them,
not judging them over appearance.
Or else- I should be blaming myself.
"be yourself" - is this really what we want?
For me, I am sick of being myself- regretting to be myself.
Why I am not as 'manly' as them? People might think that I am not like what a boy should be. Is it my appearance, or what? Am I really turning 18 yo this year?
I am wondering if people out there, students, who are thinking the same like me, where his surroundings are full of great people, and you feel yourself is just a piece of crap, neglected.

Valentine's day. As usual, single.
Went out with my roommates for a buffet and watch movie.
Arrived at boarding sch playing squash and closing my day by online and blogging.

I have no idea why I, somehow, like to comparing people--
Am I too despo to find a friend; i mean really good friend.

Not all people are open to others.
I always think that I have the greatest pain experience of life compared to my peers at my age. However, some people actually have something that is more painful compared to me~

Comparing with others;
they are more handsome while I am not,
when I see tall people, I want to be as tall as them
when I see short talented people, I want to be like him.
What is in my mind actually?

seeing people with talented sports, I want to be as good as them;
-- am i wrong doing this? but this is me- despo looking for friends, you may call me that.

Now I am regretting myself, falling into the trap that darken my life-
not just once, but many times.
I cant forgive myself, I have no idea how to pay back this guiltiness.

Kota Kinabalu I Miss You

Kota Kinabalu Trip 08-15 January 2009

This is a super great trip ever. At first, I thought this trip will be as boring as usual holiday trip. It has proven me wrong. I am going there with my so-called “uncle” and some of his young friends.
When I reached there, my uncle is in the car waiting for me, and one of his young friend go and pick me up from the arrival hall. We have not met each other before, however, he could recognize me by looking at my pictures in Friendster before (so, my face is the same with my picture- I considered it as a good one) hahas.
After that, we headed to a porridge shop. We were eating seafood porridge, not that bad though, I still can eat it, but, it is just not my preference food ((:
After reaching at his house, there were his mother, god son and his wife, as well as another two young friends. It is wonderful to know all of them.
The following day, there is a group of students from Kuching, who are ex-classmate of one of the young friends, CP. So, I follow them during their journey from 09 to 15 January. It is great. First few days I do not really talk much to them, esp they are speaking Chinese while I am more English speaking. However, I managed to converse with them for the following days in broken Chinese and partial English ((: Hahas, that was quite funny.
It was quite sad that I did not manage to get the other two of the young friends very well but at the last day of my trip in KK, KH, one of the young friend treat me a farewell dinner (: thanks a lot for the fish meal. It was nice.
About the food, my uncle will definitely order a very abundant and big enormous size of food in front of me. In the end, I ended up eating all of them. Haha. It is better than being starving. Lols.
So, during the journey, I visited many places, including shopping malls. Like Wisma Merdeka, Museum, Mount Kinabalu, Tanjung Aru Beach, and many others (some of the name I don’t really recall).
In Tanjung Aru, I got my first foot massage reflexology. It seemed painful but it was very nice in the end. ((: there is also a juice stall which serves juice in a very very very JUMBO size. Lols. Three of us drank avocado juice in a GIANT size glass. Lols.
I managed to give those friends who are closed to me a photoframe with their Chinese name written in it. Kinda nice. ((: I hope they like it. And some of them I managed to get some stuff.
REALLY MISS THEM A LOT. HUG!
KH is going to Singapore soon. Will bring him around and treat him also xD
Sad to leave them all, I will definitely back to KK another time. Frankly speaking, I got cry when leaving them at the airport. *sob*
Back to Singapore, I keep in touch with all of them (most at least), and I was exercising at night in these two days: running, pull ups, push ups, sit ups) wanna get some muscles and abs bah- hahas, for fun. Trying to make my life a worth-living.
Tomorrow my school starts and all-kind of business will back per normal. Lols.
I got some commotion with my god bro but luckily now back normal. Then, got this friend of mine (partner of a journalist photography competition) who is very irritating. We managed to get two of our products published in a magazine. So, there are prizes for us to collect. At first, he said that the prizes will be shared equally, for the camera, it will be sold and the money will be shared equally. I thought of taking the camera and paying him half of the original price at the shop. However, he wants the camera and I thought he will pay me half of the original price. But he said that ‘no need to be so calculative’. Whatever MAN! Just remember that trust will not be gained easily ANYMORE! I will collect the prize with him tomorrow afternoon and let him take all the prices, I do not need the money or the prizes. So, I will let him take all! I do not want to argue just because of money. And he wanted to give me a bag? BAH. Forget it. Just take it as we are not going to go for any partner anymore- super IRRITATING

Today woke up quite late- ard 9am.
then i blur blur, turning on my laptop and go blogging ((:
after that on my psp to play bomberman and a mini game xD

huhh. then i heard a fade sound of my school anthem.
haha those year 1-4 and 6 are attending school lols.
i am playing psp lohh.. lolls.

then i feel like sleeping again while turning on my itunes at my new speaker xD hahas.
however, this new auntie with her gloomy enter my room to clean the bathroom.
then after that got aircon check. they like going in and out. xD
then the auntie also going in again, dont know what. haha.

after that at 1.30pm going to clementi to go to posb.
after that meeting my friend C for a lunch and chit chat xD
after that meeting my friend D for a dinner and chit chat xD hahas.
i gave him the gift that i bought in indon lolls.
and being 'sinful' of eating fastfood. what a term! lols.
and he accompanied me to buy some toiletries hehs.
this life seems super fun xD got these friends around.
(so many after that) xD

and my roommate S just came back!~ yeyyy.

Singapore, Im Back!~

Finally, I am back to Singapore, surviving from my longest holiday ever, 2months plus plus.So long never blog until got so many things to write now.

Holiday

This last holiday was so so only.I was going for tennis, chinese, and piano tuitions, as well as driving lesson.I spent one-two month(s) on them. Kinda bored at the end of the term :Xbut tennis is awesome (: because i cannot really play sport, so at least I can play tennis (even I cant play that well)

Other than all those tuitions, almost everyday I went out for meals, cafe (surfing internet, since I do not have internet access in my house), shopping, watch movie, and etc.There is no much fun happen though.

Kinda 'lost' most of my friends le. When we met, we couldnt really talk much. Just say hi and they will bombard me with the same indifferent questions:"eh, you were back liao ah?""when did you arrive here?""how long is your holiday?""Is Singapore good?"blahblahblah. boring.

Meet some of my friends, go to his house once, and meet some of new friends which one of them apparently owning a restaurant in a mall. they are super damn friendly xD i spent some of my time with them also, cause my family is super boring, all have been fall apart.

Hum, then this holiday my brother got a girlfriend already. Having a similar chinese name like me though, it is just kinda different type with his previous girlfriends. Ya, and i got some horrible arguments with them. buhhh.

Btw, I ate a lot during this holiday (typical virus for scholars who are going back to their hometown haha) but surprisingly, i do not gain weight xD haha, i think i am going to train myself here, like running everynight and do some simple exercises like sit ups, push ups, and pull ups. And my friend promise to play tennis and exercise with me when he is back. lols.

Boo yaa- I got speakers from my brother's gf xD haha. still in a good condition, not bad-

Christmas and New Year

If you all wondering where i spend my Christmas and New Year (eventhough nobody would care to know where i spend my days haha), but i insist to tell you that I went to Jakarta and Bali on 20Dec-24Dec,25Dec-01Jan. It is considered as so so trip but horrible too, somehow.

Actually, my sister offered me and my brother to go to Thailand (I like so want to go there lo) but there is no more available tickets. So, we change our destination to Jakarta-Bali.

I went there with my brother, his girlfriend, and another two of his friends. In Jakarta, meeting one of his friends' gf. Horrible combination of group of people. duhhh. full of conflicts and backstabbing- is just like tv serial. bahh. until i got this huge argument with my brother- i was like so burning that day, like super mad already.

In Jakarta, we went to some malls and Dufan. That's all perhaps. Traffic jam everywhere and I didnt really feel like going anywhere. Even expressway will be jam X( bahh, what kind of capital city.

Oh ya, on my way from airport to the hotel, we drove against the rest of the cars, super fun, until the police noticed us then we back to our road xD hahas. like going to cast a 'James Bond' movie. haha xD

So, in Jakarta I only shopped one cheap Puma shoes (cost only S$25 / IDR 200,000) However, It does look good. And Samuel and Kevin tee- even Singapore also has this brand- haha. But the design is just like a -must buy- tee. haha. So, I ended up buy that tee.

Oh ya, my bro suddenly become so kind and bought me a simple tee and a vest. Thnks. (I didnt know what is his intention why suddenly bcm so kind to me) haha.

Going to Bali, arriving on the Christmas Day. duhh. what a pity.Stay at the cottage, sleep and overslept. wasting half of my christmas day.Nothing much happen on Christmas Day though.

In Bali, we went for rafting, shopping, and ... spend times arguing.I bought outfit again, cheap one of course, Bali local brand, cute picture X:

The rafting is not as good as the Malaysia one but my sister says Probolinggo's the best for rafting.

Spending one day with my another brother in Bali. We went to the beach for flying fish and jet ski. All were my first experience riding them xD kinda fun but at first i was like so scared loh. haha.

The next day I went to Pulau Penyu (Tortoise Island) which is obviously full of tortoise xD hahas. cost me (IDR 30,000 / S$4 per person) quite cheap xD i mean, very cheap. haha, because I did bargain a lot to the person hahas xD However, apparently at the Pulau Penyu (after travelling by boat for quite some time and stopped at the middle of the sea to see fish by feeding them plain bread) there was not only Penyu (tortoise) around. There is also a big bat, sea eagle, some kind of birds, snake, porcupine and reptiles. I took some pictures with them (eagle, bat, and snake) xD obviously i wont take picture with porcupine and reptiles (i did not want to be eaten by them) haha (:it's quite worth it to go here. (:

The food in Bali is just so so also. Pigs are everywhere. and sometimes we ate fastfood. duhh. not that amazing la the food.

Yeea- I also bought Twilight the English ver at the bookstore there. cost me (IDR 144,000/ S$18) haha. because in Surabaya, all have been sold out (I dont know who read the English ver there, i bet that they bought them for collection xD because all the girls there so dying for Edward) bahhh.

So ya-- nothing else in Bali. back to my hometown on 1st jan by Executive class Garuda (my first time!) and the seat is so nice, so wide XD haha. sleep super tight xD

Back to my hometown and counting down to go back to Singapore (so looking forward, dying in my hometown) haha, kinda miss school xD

Back to Singapore

I arrived in Singapore ard 10am. Take my roomkey then unpacked some of my stuff until ard 11.30am. then was meeting my new friend C, he's unique xD haha. kinda in the different kind of life from mine. But he was fun somehow, like Mr.dickensten xD haha. Chiki Chitato and Cheetos lolls.

So, I went to his house to watch anime (even i dun realli watch actually), sleep, surfing internet, and chit chat. After that we walked to a mall for dinner and help his mom to shop some food to be cooked. (and there is no more chicken left) xD hahas. so we only bought 2 stuff xD

oh ya, then we visited the carpark which there are some 'smiley' and something else xD haha. fun to see the stars there and talk some stuff xD

oh ya, he gave me famous amos, omg- its like so damn nice la the taste xD sweet somehow~ lols. I gave him something from my hometown, just hope he like it. xD

today I am going to meet him again, better than nothing to do in this room, alone (my roommate coming tonight xD yeah~) I reminded him that someone will scold him if he doesnt take a fastpace steps to his room tonight xD hahas.

I didnt know why, yesterday, suddenly this 'someone' just called he/she "A" scolded me like mad. because of my hair. haiizz. can A just be nicer a bit. Duuuuhhhh- my sch reopens on 19Jan leeehhh. Just let me enjoy my holiday for abit more cannnn. I will definitely cut my hair la, no worries, dont need to be until like that to me~ haiz. then A also said why i came back so early- haioo. i am so unwanted ar? duhh. siao le. just back to hostel then got this A.

That's not enough to drive me crazy though. At night I went to drink water at the water cooler. Somehoowww- it is so coincidental that someone called "B" from my neighbour passed buy and another person, a friend of mine called "C" wanted to drink too. Since B and C talk, and somehowwww- this B talk about me- i mean talk bad stuff about me in front of me (which is not true at all, biased perspective)- haiizz. bloody la. can leave my life a bit peaceful or not. selfish~~

haiizz. nvm, this life wont be so interesting without them though~ duhh.

humm. today's plan is that I am going to meet my friend again, for lunch until evening then meet another friend for dinner. xD then welcoming my roommate at late night xD

Yesterday was suntanning at Siloso Beach, Sentosa.

Vietnamese Visitors
yeah-
last week there were visitors from a school in Vietnam.
They were great!
I tried to make friends with them-
helping out in the chemistry lab for some 'shows' for them. hahas.
then, ya- having a farewell games at night on the day before they went back to Vietnam.

Christmas Dinner

Phew-
It's too fast to celebrate Christmas.
Ya- but this is the time when we celebrate the end of our year too (:
Come together- having fun-
saying farewell to our Y4s and Y6s.
The whole event was too great!
the JCRC having their very first live performance.
at first we afraid that this would be lame-
ya. not doubting that some boarders do not like us-
do not appreciate us for our work.
Yap- we accept it.
We are trying to.. ya.. create a truly home away from home.

Ya- randomly asking this japanese film series from my friend.
This is a super cool series-
ya. so many things to learn.
Japz people are open. Ya- being open is good-
to friends, to family.
But, we have different culture-

But at least I feel happy after watching each series.
Now at episode 10 liao. 2 more to go.
I wish I will have a very fruitful friendships with my friends.

yesterday was having a second hand bazaar at Tanglin Mall.
it was so great-
selling stuff from 2pm to 11pm nonstop.
Coming back to boarding school at 0000h the next day.
Feel so good raising fund for helping others.

"The Meaning of Life"
It is my term 4 assessment.
Sounds so easy but yet so difficult,
sounds so difficult but yet so easy.

Everybody have their own ideas on their own meaning of life.
Each individual has different purpose and meaning.
Yes- you think that it is easy to describe your own meaning of life.
It can be purely from religion,
purely from family,
or other sources.
It also can be from combination of all factors.
It also can be purely from your own heart, feelings, brain, knowledge, or whatever it is. It also can be combined though-

I was sitting down in the library just now- for an hour,
explaining my own meaning of life.
sounds so chim to my teacher who reviewed my papers-
it is so unique or if you wann call it unusual.
I believe most of this concept of my own meaning of life comes from combination of my family, past experience, religion, my beliefs, and some others factors.

But I have -so called- 'conclude that all of these are just believe.
Believing something that you cannot see,
something that you believe to be true,
but the fact- yet- you never know, you really never know whether it is occuring or not.

Ya- now what I need to do is to ammend some part of my essay.
eventhough some people think it is so chim but interesting.
Ya- but really, it is my stand, my own stand.
I do not know whether it will change as time flies-
but I believe in it as per now.

Successful and Significant

I just back from my boarding school Koinonia-
today's Koinonia is kinda special-
started with 'Stranded' quiz- my hallmate won.
then- continue with some worships- (nice songs!)
eventhough I am not devout
and the 'band' is very nice- ((:
then there was this one old boy from my school
who gave a sharing and sang a song-
what he said is true- it is just like what I am thinking for some times
that we will not want to end our success.
Once we want to have thing, called it A.
after we achieved "A" then we want to obtain "B", and so on.
It will just not meet an end point anywhere.

Being a successful person is very good-
but being a significant person in a good way is much better (:
I was thinking in class- looking at the absentees boards-
two names were absent today, and one for yesterday.
If you wann to know how significant you are in your class,
it is not by asking people or whatever it is.
It is just to be absent in a class, and if you feel something is incomplete in the class atmospehere,
then that person is significant as it has impact on the class.
It is just one example that I thought for these few days.
However, thinking further, I am kinda worry over myself too.
Will people remember me when I die?(Not to be vain but just wann to have my life to be significant in this life)
Like my mom,
I am quite sure that many people will remember her, not only just the whole big family from top to below- but also her friends- good friends or even not the so close one.
Sometimes I think- what happen after we die?
Not being afraid of die, but just curious what will happen.

Sometimes I think what my friend says is right,
"Silence is golden"
Keep my mouth shuts will help me not to talk bad about other people, i guess.
I just wann to be good. that's all.
I dont know why I cannot believe in something superstitious.
What I believe is, if i live and do good to others, it is as good as having a superstitious 'guidelines'.

Yesterday--
There was an aircon plus fan 'incident'
I am not the one who wann both of them to be turned on-
I am fine if only either one is on.
But ya- why the blames must be on me-
I just need to wait patiently until this year end-
and live a happy life, i hope.
Final exams are coming,
means year is going to come to an end soon- yeah.
I wonder who is my roommate next year.

Im kinda stressed with these people surroundings me-
Yesterday morning was a big downfall mood to me,

days after days, i just feel him more annoying-

Life is not as simple as choosing a,b,c,d of a multiple choice question,
which there is no half a-half b or quarter-a,b,c,d
It is just fixed, yes or no, right or wrong.

People say that i wann to be neutral
or whatever it is.
But the sad thing is that, that neutral line does not exist.
For example, the 2boxes below, point the middle line.
Now I want to ask you, do you still point the gray or the black one?
Midline does not exist in this life.
How objective you wann to be, how neutral you wann to be,
you are still on one side which you prefer.

These few days-
I was going to the library- kinda wholeday- noon till library closes at 9pm.

These days are very fruitful to me!

Every nights I spend for playing UNO.
It is not about the games.

Everytime I hate people,
I always talk behind them.
I know it is no good.

I feel worse.

I always murmur to myself.
It is good to help other people.
But it is too late when I think "What if I become that person who has other things to do?"

Everytime my time is shorten by something else,
I got pissed!

This post is meant for yesterday- XD

HuuMmm-- 'last day' of school of the week--
bahh. because im having o level english oral on friday which is school holiday!!
so unfortunate!! pheeww-

Lang Art B teacher was resigned!-- hahas.
it is a high pressure to teach our school's students lols.
then another teacher came in to brief us about the final year exam.
not worrying about the paper one because its unseen.
but the paper two which comparative essay between two books!
I have not read the TFA and also do not understand.
Crap! Now I must go read for my final year exam. !! X(

Oh ya-
There was a LangArt Essay just for assignment.
But then since all students in our class managed to submit so..
she considered to take the best among 2 essays to be taken for term 3 marks. yeahh
i was expecting for 13/25 but it is 21/25! hahaa (: amazing. record of the year.
I did it kinda rush- lols.
talk so much about the first story but the second story kinda screwed up actually-
end up with 2 paragraphs for the second story and a short paragraph as conclusion. lolls
i did that for 2 days. at the library! yeahh.
happy XD

After school, there was this nightmare as usual--
remedial for o level! the worse thing is that attendance is not taken!! crap!
if i knew it, I would not come for it. many people pon-ing. sobb.

yeah.
then, end up to R's room using internet and fall asleep.
When I woke up-
it is just nice to take shower and prepare myself for dinner outside with my friends.
BJ!! hahas. super nice.
all my friends super full. hahahs. but the food are damn nice (paradox) hahas.
really nice though.
going home still got enriched supper Mc. hahas.
I ate again. (my stomach got something wrong I guess.)
I ate so much.. lucky never get fat!

late night then play UNO.
and i only won 1/10 games i guess. dung dung.

now today just woke up--
go to R's room.
steal his modem.
go fs-ing and blogging.
then later 413 and 415 got oral!! wkwkw. jy. all the best~

Today's date is kinda special- 20 08 2008
eventhough not so significant but.. yahh- forget it (lame.)

Many people have passed away this year in my family.
It was my mom- then my cousin.
Im so sorry to hear that. yahh- but i have learnt about this life- and there is something called mortality that we cant avoid not to happen.

Today IHS presentation was postponed and my teacher did not come-
Then Chem teacher was on MC. Therefore there was no class observation by principal.
(Haiz. everybody were in 'kuai' mode- wasted!) hahas.

I want to say thanks to J (: who taught me Bio until I understand
(I know nothing at all. and he taught me until so details)
sorry if i troubled you and.. made you miss your meal order.
and also thanks for accompanying me to CF.

Today was my first time go to CF.
It was kinda interesting for thought of the night (:
Eventhough I do not really believe in faith but.. ya, it is something to ponder on.
